What is the positive and negative effect of hazing to the indibidual who is within a fraternity group.what is hazing in our county, and our country policies and proposed solution and why do we need to continue the policies and action and lasty are areas needs reform and provide suggestions on how these revision accomplish.        Hazing is almost like trying to join a social contract with the brothers in the fraternity.
